To minimise it, we work only according to the highest standards, based on the Due Diligence methodology: we analyse the market, target groups, risk factors, create a detailed commercialisation plan as well as concepts and schedule of marketing activities.

We also assist in negotiations with potential tenants, at the same time providing services of company relocation, re-commercialisation and renegotiation of rental agreements.
